Denise Audet is a Senior Director for The Margolin Group, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in strategic change program planning and implementation. Prior to joining The Margolin Group, she managed complex strategic change projects, primarily in the health care industry, including for-profit and non-profit health insurance plans, Medicare Advantage, behavioral health, specialty pharmaceutical and Internet start-up companies.
Audet was a leader in Accenture’s Change Management practice, with expertise in organizational design and development, performance management and workforce strategy. She has experience in leading large, multi-dimensional change programs, consisting of multiple project work streams; managing against cost/benefit expectations; coaching/guiding project and program leadership toward value-based outcomes. Audet spent a number of years consulting at Kaiser Permanente, witnessing the strengths, operationally and financially, of integrated care and coverage models. She leverages this integrated system insight to help The Margolin Group develop, launch, implement and, in some cases, operate, virtually integrated systems of care and coverage across the nation.
In addition to her experience gained at Accenture, Audet was a principal of a small strategy and change consulting company that created ongoing strategic planning processes and helped develop new market-leading capabilities.
Audet received her BA from Dartmouth College and performed Masters-level work in Organizational Development at Illinois Benedictine College.
