President Obama recently released a letter asking health plans to increase their efforts to enroll younger and healthier Americans. As state and federal exchanges continue to evolve, enrollment by younger and healthier Americans will be needed to expand and stabilize the health insurance risk pool as well as to assure exchange viability into the future.
