According to a recent article published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, The Henderson City Council “unanimously approved owner participation agreements with Valley Health System LLC and the developer of Union Village.” This places the project, which has been supported since its inception by The Margolin Group, one step closer to construction, which is expected to begin in 2015 and be completed by the end of 2021. The article notes that this project is the first of its kind and will link residents of “smart” senior and residential communities to retail, entertainment, cultural and health centers in one convenient location.
