A recent press release by the Department of Health and Human Services has reported that a greater proportion of young, healthy Americans are signing up for health coverage thanks to the Affordable Care Act. “Nearly one in three Americans who have enrolled since October 1 are now younger than 35,” writes Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
