High Court ACA Case Will Drive 2015 Healthcare Debate, Paul Demko, ModernHealthcare

The specter of the U.S. Supreme Court striking down premium subsidies for millions of Americans will loom over the healthcare policy debate in Washington during the first half of 2015, and its fallout could dominate the second half of the year.  Republicans would face pressure to come together around a replacement plan if the subsidies are struck down and millions are left without affordable coverage, and President Barack Obama would have to make painful choices in negotiating such a deal about how much to give up of his landmark healthcare reform law.
