Laurence H. Tribe, renowned constitutional scholar, Supreme Court practitioner and Harvard professor, analyzed the recent King v. Burwell case, opining that the Court applied a ‘strong dose of common sense ‘in upholding a key provision of the Affordable Care Act.
Tribe went on to explain, ‘The implications of this decision can be summed up in three words: The people won.’
