LAUL Commemorates 90 years

The Margolin Group celebrated with Los Angeles Urban League for their 90 years of effective programs and leadership for minorities in Los Angles. The mission of the Los Angeles Urban League is to enable African Americans and other minorities to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power and civil rights through advocacy activities and the provision of programs and services in our uniquely diversified city and region.

American Cancer Society

For ten years, staffer Alice Goldstone has been speaking with newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. Creating a connection with women facing a confusing and often frightening diagnosis, she offers support, information and friendship to patients making the initial decisions about their treatment plans.
