On September 23rd, 15 of Los Angeles’ hottest chefs will come together at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica to showcase their culinary skills in an exclusive signature chef event to benefit the March of Dimes. Lead Chef Ari Rosenson of CUT Restaurant will be joined by 14 other chefs to create culinary masterpieces, and guests will enjoy a live auction featuring fabulous one-of-a-kind dream packages. Eric Espuny, Director of Wine at The Royce at the Langham and Food & Wine Magazine’s 2012 Sommelier of the Year will serve as lead sommelier for the event. Proceeds will go to the March of Dimes Statewide Prematurity Prevention Demonstration Projects. Leslie Margolin, CEO and President of The Margolin Group, is the current Chairman of the Board of the March of Dimes Greater Los Angeles division — a role she assumed in January of 2011 to assist the organization with its mission to improve maternal and child health. Joanna Horsfall, COO of The Margolin Group, serves on the March of Dimes Board as well.
