Charlie Huggins serves as a Senior Advisor to The Margolin Group and is an Associate with Restructuring Associates inc.. Huggins has extensive experience leading joint union-management groups in the development of high performance partnerships, advising clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining RAI, Huggins spent 21 years in the labor movement as Executive Director of the United Association of Office, Sales and Technical Employees, and as Business Agent and Field Representative, respectively, for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Wisconsin Nurses Association.
Huggins received a B.A. and an M.S. in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
